The graphic designer has just achieved another work of visual identity, as fascinating as the Gabbani one, for Blackswan Foundation for whom he drew its logotype and the leaflets.
Blackswan Foundation is supporting a research project on rare diseases that, even if they infected 480 million people in the world, are neglected by pharmaceutical industries because of their profitability.
The studio has designed the communication system in order to represent in a very expressive way the concept of rarity and uniqueness. To design the new brochures, the new WROP technique has been thought; it leaves some white marks, that are always different and makes each print different from another (watch the video below!). The brochure cover, in limited edition, sometimes is striped, sometimes there are drops on it, sometimes you can see some stains of plain colour, and each one has a great expressive power.
For the logotype, Damien Conrad used a typography that communicates the idea of urgency, whose effect is widened by the use of a dark red.
