Air France is continuing to tap the hipster music scene with its latest project A380 Inspiration.
Working with BETC Euro RSCG, the airline took three bands - The Shoes, Monsieur Monsieur and Alb - on an airbus A380 flight from Paris to Tokyo, with each act composing and recording a new track while in the air.
Upon touching down in Tokyo, the bands were whisked off to an Air France-sponsored live gig at Warehouse 702.
The whole process was filmed (see video above) and the band's various tracks were rapidly uploaded to music file-sharing site Soundcloud and Air France Music's Facebook page, where its 54.6k fans no doubt 'liked' it.
It's another nicely executed iteration of the airline's music-based campaign, following up on its sponsorship of French band Phoenix at Madison Square Gardens in NYC and complementing on-flight playlists designed to help passengers 'dream, relax and recharge'.
